Competitive Arizona is collecting stories from people who want to help build a strong, competitive economy for Arizona by updating the state’s housing, employment and public accommodations laws to ensure that all residents—including gay and transgender people—are protected from discrimination.

Whether you identify as gay or transgender, or as an ally, your voice matters. We're compiling these stories from people all across our state to help educate others about the real harms of discrimination gay and transgender people face in Arizona, as well as the economic toll our state suffers by hindering businesses’ ability to attract top talent and discouraging investment in our state.

Please share your story with us! By speaking out you'll be helping us build the case that all gay and transgender Arizonans deserve to live their lives free of discrimination. We may follow up with you for more information.
